About Raise

Raise Your Standards is one of the exciting 2010-2011 projects for the W.I.N. Foundation and the Mrs. Globe delegates. Raise is a program for college age girls designed to empower and educate women with information that will prevent alcohol related abuse. This progressive program, featuring speakers, fashion and fun, will run through the 2009 school year. This fully transcribed program is designed for each delegate to deliver to a college in their area. Current delegates, see the Contestant Communications Center for your speech.
