S.M.I.L.E. is the WIN Foundation's smile make-over program where our delegates have the opportunity to win a $15,000 cosmetic smile make-over as a state spokesperson for WIN. This program is made possible by our participating dentist and by:

• You must be a registered delegate.
• You must apply for the SMILE program.
• You must be selected by a participating dentist.

Dr. Peter Pang (featured left) has been actively participating in our S.M.I.L.E. Program since 2007, and recently was recently honoredthe WIN Foundation's 2010 Dentist of the Year. 

Besides his achievements, talent, skills and knowledge as a dentist, he is also very sensitive to abuse, having to witness a family related abusive situation from a young age.  His sensitivity, warmth, love, and affection is evident when dealing with our SMILE Program, and are strong characteristics of Dr. Peter Pang’s personality.

Dr. Pang believes that every patient should be treated with exceptional care and respect.
