I AGREE (#1)

I AGREE (#2)

(DATE OF NATIONAL PAGEANTS): I understand that as the Country Director, I agree to host a country pageant to select a national Misses for Mrs. Globe® 2011. I understand that the pageant must be billed as Mrs. (Country) Globe 2011 respectively. I agree to notify the international headquarters of my date of pageant no later than 30 days from the acceptance of this license agreement for the year 2011. 

I AGREE (#3)

(PRODUCTION COSTS) I understand that all fees incurred on the national level, including that of delegate management, as the sole cost of my company.

I AGREE (#4)

(DELEGATE QUALIFICATION): I agree that my winner can be no less than 22 years of age if married, divorced, or separated. If never married, the delegate must be no less than 26 and not older than 42. I understand that children are not a requirement. I understand that my delegate must be a citizen of the country she is representing.

I AGREE (#5)

(RESPONSIBILTY TO PAGEANT): Excluding entry problems or acts of God, I understand that it is the responsibility of my company to get the National Delegate to the host country for the (year) event.  In the case a Contestant originally selected by her National Director is unable to participate in the Pageant, it will be only within the competence of her National Director to nominate a successor Contestant.  

I AGREE (#6)

(TRADEMARKS): I understand that since 1996, the name Mrs. Globe® is the registered trademark of Dr. Tracy Kemble.  The legal registration number of Mrs. Globe® is # 75476108.  I understand that Mrs. Globe® is the official Mrs. Globe® pageant and in the unlikelihood  that a fraud company should run a pageant under a similar name, this contract remains in tack.   I understand that the Mrs. Globe® title has been gifted to the W.I.N. Foundation for charitable fundraising purposes and at no time am I permitted to use the title for professional endorsement with any company without the written permission of the Mrs. Globe® organization.  I agree that if a company is interested in using the Mrs. Globe® name, all contracts and negotiations will take place through the attorney of the Mrs. Globe® organization. I understand that if I deviate from this, I will be financially responsible for any damages.

(NAME REGISTRATION): I understand that the name Mrs. Globe® cannot be registered for exclusive use within my country, as the name Mrs. Globe® belongs to the W.I.N. Foundation and usage of the title remains the property of W.I.N.   In the event the contract expires and is not renewed, the name and all rights to the name will revert back to the W.I.N. .

I AGREE (#7)

(PREPARATION AGREEMENT) I understand that this is a beauty contest, and as such agree that our country delegate will be in swimsuit shape for the contest. I understand if my delegate is not in swimsuit shape the Mrs. Globe® organization has the right to not showcase my country during the swimsuit portion of the show or in the pageant itself. I understand that my delegate will need to provide her own competition items for the contest. I understand that these will possibly include: a national costume, a flag, a gown, swimsuit, hose, interview outfit, and any necessary photos for the pageant. I understand these will be outlined in my official handbook which is presented on line.

Excluding entry problems or acts of God, I understand that it is the responsibility of my company to get the National Delegate to the host country for the (year) event. In the case a Contestant originally selected by her National Director is unable to participate in the Pageant, it will be only within the competence of her National Director to nominate a successor Contestant. 

I agree to provide an official headshot, email and crowning shots of our national Misses within 10 days of her crowning.

I AGREE (#8)

(LICENSE FEE AGREEMENT):.   I understand that in order to run the Mrs. Netherlands Globe country pageant, or use the name Mrs. Globe®, I must provide the license fee of $900 USD, due at the yearly registration of Mrs. Globe®.  If this fee is not paid as agreed upon, all future rights of name use are null and void.  I understand that this fee includes exclusive one year rights to use the name Mrs. Globe® and to run the Mrs.(Country) Globe country pageant to select a Misses to participate at Mrs. Globe® 2011 and this contract is completed at the culmination of Mrs. Globe 2011.

I AGREE (#9)

(DEADLINES) I understand that I must meet all of the official deadlines. I understand that this includes paperwork and document deadlines, visa application deadlines, rehearsals and scheduled events.

I AGREE (#10)

(MANAGEMENT):  I understand that in the event my titleholder wins Mrs. Globe®, she must resign her country title and will go under complete management of the Mrs. Globe® organization.

I AGREE (#11)

(BEHAVIOR): I agree to not bring negative attention to the Mrs. Globe® organization. Licensee understands in doing so shall make this contract null and void.

I AGREE (#11)

(ATTENDING THE PAGEANT) I agree to provide airfare for my delegate from the Netherlands to the host country of Mrs. Globe®. I understand that once my delegate arrives at the international pageant, the national delegate is under the management of Mrs. Globe® and their staff.  In addition, as a Country Director, I agree to attend the annual director's meetings at the Mrs. Globe® pageant.  Fees for attendance are the responsibility of the Mrs. (Country) Globe organization.  I understand that if I cannot make the Mrs. Globe® event, I can instead attend the director's meeting at the annual Ms. U.S. Globe event.

I AGREE (#12)

(HOLD HARMLESS): I agree and understand that neither the Mrs. Globe®, Tracy Kemble Productions, WIN, its agents, sponsors or volunteers will be responsible for any lost, misplaced, or otherwise claimed missing property during any pre-competition or competition. I understand and agree that the pageant is not responsible for any accident or injury incurred during preparation of, in travel to and from, or at the pageant itself. 

I AGREE (#13)

(SMILE PROGRAM) I understand that as a part of the Mrs. Globe® pageant, my delegate has the opportunity to apply for a $15,000 smile make-over, and that all information and responsibilities regarding this program will be fully explained to me as a director and to my delegate upon selection as a national delegate. I understand that this gift is not a requirement of participation, nor a guarantee that I will receive a smile make-over. I understand that receiving a smile is not a determining factor on winning.
