Thank you for your interest in having a Mrs. Globe state or national delegate attend your event. Due to her busy schedule, we require all Event Coordinators and Media Representatives submit an Appearance & Travel Request From. To complete this form, please answer all the questions and carefully review the guidelines listed below. Once submitted to the national office, we will confirm her appearance within a 72 hour period. Agreement

Hotel and food arrangements for 2 must be provided for the delegate during her entire stay. (All incidentals will be at the expense of the delegate. The delegate has the option to travel alone.)

If bringing a delegate to a location requires air travel, the organizing group must provide round trip airfare, plus any ground transportation during her entire stay.

If the delegate is not traveling with a travel mate, your organization must appoint one person to be her official guide during her stay.

All delegates are exclusive management of the Mrs. Globe Organization / The Kemble Agency. Any correspondence regarding any of the Globe delegates must be done through the national office. At no time are the delegates to be contacted directly, unless approved by the national office. Doing so will result in a cancellation of this contract.

In general, the only “gratis” appearances are those done for charity or community moral. Paid appearances and details will be outlined in a separate contract.

Mrs. Globe reserves the right to cancel the delegates appearance if the terms of this contracted are not honored.
