Official Mrs. Globe Application Form, Rules & Regulations

Welcome to Mrs. Globe.  We are excited you are joining us for our next event. This is the official on-line application process designed to make your application "virtually" easy.

There are several forms needed for your participation. This is Form #1 of 2 for the official on line registration form. We need to receive both forms, as well as the requested photos.

#4: I understand that the event I am registering for is the Mrs. Globe contest, a fundraiser for the WIN Foundation.

#5: I understand that as this is a Ms. pageant, and as our focus is on the empowerment of women, as of July 1, 2007, I can be no less than 22 years of age if I am married, divorced, or separated. If never married, I must be no less than 26. I understand that children are not a requirement.

#6: I understand that I must be a citizen of the country I am applying to represent.   


#7: I understand that in order to participate, I or my director must provide the license fee as stated in the Director's or name use contract. I understand that with this license fee, I receive the following.


A Country Publicity and Sponsorship Page : This page will be designed for you and will serve as a public thank you and recognition for your generous sponsors and supporters.

Participation at the Mrs. Globe event: This includes the below listed items for one delegate who will be roomed with another delegate. Any deviation of this will be at the expense of the delegate and outlined in the official handbook. (This fee includes, but is not limited to: a 10 day stay at a resort, 3 quality organized meals a day, a crown, banner, a country title, WIN Ambassador spokeswoman position, a press release, a five day training in the Right Living program, Right Living workbook and material, participation at the Mrs. Globe event, tours while at the event, tickets for the delegate to the events, a complimentary ticket to the preliminary show for a guest of the delegate, an official handbook, A WIN spokeswoman package, WIN brochures, , agency representation, website exposure, and the opportunity to win a $15,000 SMILE Make-over). I understand that any other expenses incurred, including room service, laundry services, dry cleaning, ironing, telephone calls, telegrams, faxes, postcards, stamps, various purchases and extra meals outside of the organized functions, are the responsibility of the national title holder or director. In the event the delegate does not pay, the national Director will assume responsibility.

#8: I understand that this is a beauty contest, and as such agree to be in swimsuit shape for the contest. I understand if I am not in swimsuit shape the organization has the right to not showcase my country during the swimsuit portion of the show or in the pageant itself.

#9: I understand that as a country title holder, I become the spokeswoman for the WIN Foundation and with material provided for me from the WIN Foundation, I will be required to participate in the various WIN events.

#10: I agree to the rules and regulations of the international contest, the timing of the schedule and the precise instructions, which will be given to her upon her arrival to the host country.


#11: I understand that the Globe title belongs to the WIN Foundation and at no time am I permitted to use the title for professional endorsement with any company without the written permission of the Mrs. Globe organization. I agree that if a company is interested in using my name, likeliness and title, that all contracts and negotiations will take place through the attorney's of the Mrs. Globe organization. I understand that if I deviate from this, I will be fianacially responsible for any damages.


#12: I agree to provide my own transportation, both to and from the official host country and understand that both early arrivals and late departures are my responsibilities.



#13: I understand that I must meet all of the official deadlines. I understand that this includes paperwork and document deadlines, visa application deadlines, rehearsals and scheduled events.

#14: I understand that upon check into the hotel, a credit card is required.



#15: I understand that as this is a fundraiser for the W.I.N. Foundation, my interest / passion in the foundation, the S.M.I.L.E. Program and the pageant are all aspects of consideration.  I understand that fundraising donations are not a determining factor in the selection of Mrs. Globe.



#16: I agree that all judges scores are final and that upon request, I can view my scores from the national event following the Mrs. Globe pageant. 



#17: I agree to provide my own competition items for the contest.  I understand that these will possibly include:  a national costume, a gown, swimsuit, hose, interview outfit, and any necessary photos for the pageant.  I understand these will be outlined in my official handbook.




#18: I agree and understand that neither the Mrs. Globe, Tracy Kemble Productions, The Kemble Agency Model and Talent, WIN, its agents, sponsors or volunteers will be responsible for any lost, misplaced, or otherwise claimed missing property during any pre-competition or competition. I understand and agree that the pageant is not responsible for any accident or injury incurred during preparation of, in travel to and from, or at the pageant itself. 



#19: I understand that as a part of the Mrs. Globe pageant, I have the right to apply for a $15,000 MACVENEER smile make-over, and that all information and responsibilities regarding this program will be fully explained to me upon selection as a state delegate. I understand that this gift is not a requirement of participation, nor a guarantee that I will receive a smile make-over. I understand that receiving a smile is not a determining factor on winning.




#21: I agree that if selected, I am required to go through a full orientation prior to the beginning of my Globe / W.I.N.  experience and that this orientation will take place no more than 10 days from the acceptance of my title. I understand that this can be done either via phone or by internet. If by internet, I agree to register for MSN Messenger.



#22: I understand and agree that the pageant is not responsible for any accident or injury incurred during preparation of, in travel to and from, or at the pageant itself. 

#23: I agree that should I win Mrs. Globe, I must resign my country title and will go under complete management of the Mrs. Globe organization. I understand I will have specific duties to fulfill including Christmas for Kids in my country and returning to pass my title.
