Welcome to Mrs. Globe.  We are excited you are joining us for our next event. This is the official on-line application process designed to make your application "virtually" easy.

There are several forms needed for your participation. This is Form #1 of 2 for the official on line application form. We need to receive both forms, as well as the requested photos and application fee in order to process your application.

#4: I AGREE

(QUALIFICATIONS) This agreement outlines the age, residence and status requirements in order to participate.

4-A: I understand I am registering for the Ms. US Globe contest, a fundraiser for the W.I.N. Foundation, is taking place in August of 2009 (official dates to be announced by January 1, 2009), in Rancho Mirage, California.

4-B I understand that as this is a MS. pageant, and as our focus is on the empowerment of women, as of August 23, 2009, I can be no less than 22 years of age if I am married, divorced, or separated. If never married, I must be no less than 26. I understand that children are not a requirement. I understand that as a delegate, I can choose to either wear a Ms. Or Mrs. title on my banner.

4-C: I understand that I must be a citizen of the United States and reside in the state or region that I represent.

4-D: I understand that due to a conflict of interest and a respect to all systems, though I can apply to participate in the Ms. U.S. Globe event, upon acceptance of the title, I cannot currently hold another major pageant title when assuming the title with the Mrs. Globe organization. I agree to disclose to the Mrs. Globe organization in advance any current responsibilities and deadlines for other pageant responsibilities and to complete all other commitments prior to assuming any title with the Mrs. Globe organization.

#5: I AGREE

(FEES) This agreement outlines the financial requirement for participation and what you receive at minimum with this donation.

5-A: A Processing Fee: I understand a $75 processing fee, to be submitted with this application, is required. I understand that if selected, this fee will be applied to my overall entry fee and if not accepted, it will be either refunded, or applied to a gift

5-B:A State Publicity and Sponsorship Page Fee: I understand a state publicity page fee of $500 is required. This page will be designed for you and will serve as a public thank you and recognition for your generous sponsors and supporters.

5-C: A National Entry Fee: I understand a participation fee of $1,000 (USD) is required. This fee includes, but is not limited to

  • A 5 day stay, with a roommate, at a resort hotel.
  • 3 quality organized meals a day.
  • A banner
  • A state or regional title
  • A WIN Ambassador spokeswoman position
  • A Press Release / Press support
  • Ttraining in the Right Living program
  • A Right Living workbook and material
  • Participation at the Ms. US Globe event
  • Tours while at the event
  • Tickets for the delegate to the events
  • A complimentary ticket to the preliminary show for a guest of the delegate.
  • An official on line handbook
  • A WIN fundraising package (on line)
  • Letter head master
  • Artwork support
  • Website exposure
  • SHOCK Savings Card
  • The opportunity to win a $15,000 SMILE Make-over).

5-D: I understand that any other expenses for the event, or during my year including but not limited to competition items, additional tickets, wardrobe, travel, photo shoots, wardrobe expenses, cosmetics or other said items, are purchased at my expense unless mutually and contractually agreed upon between the state or national director and myself. I understand that this includes transportation, both to and from the official event location. and early arrival and late departure room fees.

5-E: I understand that while at the event I accept to pay all of my personal expenses, such as non-organized drinks, meals, stamps, phone calls, cleaning, laundry or ironing, as well as my excess luggage fees, transportation fees, and personal medication.

#6: I AGREE

(PAGEANT RELATED ITEMS)This agreement outlines pageant details for participation, comfort and clarity.

6-A: I understand that during the pageant I will be placed with a roommate, but I do have the option to room alone. If I so choose to room alone, the additional fees will be my responsibility.

6-B: I understand that in order to check into the hotel room at the pageant, I will be required to have a valid credit card. 

6-C: I understand that the organization does its best to provide balanced meals, but if I have any special eating requirements, it is my responsibility to provide these special needs for myself or pay the additional fees for these special needs.

6-D: I understand that I will be given a schedule of events by the organizers of the Ms. US Globe contest.  I understand that I must willingly follow the schedule from the day of my arrival until my departure from the host state.  I understand that I must be on time and dressed according to the requirements of the schedule of events.   I understand that if I cannot meet the schedule of events due to illness, or lateness the organization has the right to release me from the pageant with no recourse. I understand that my ability to meet deadlines is one of the criteria for the title of Ms. U.S. of A. Globe.

6-E: I agree, neither to leave the group of organizers and the delegates, nor to accept any personal invitation(s) from a person not belonging to the group.

6-F: I understand that the organizers of the Ms. US Globe contest will provide all the candidates with details outlining the competition needs for the event.  I understand that I am required to provide my own competition clothing as outlined. I understand that these will possibly include:  a gown, swimsuit, hose, interview outfit, opening number outfit and any necessary photos for the pageant.  I understand these will be outlined in my official state handbook.

6-G: I understand and fully agree that in order to participate in the competition, all of my funds as well as all of the necessary items needed for competition are my responsibility and if I do not provide them in time of the mandatory deadlines, I will not be able to participate in the pageant.  

6-H: I understand the pageant is not responsible for any accident or injury incurred during preparation of, in travel to and from or at the pageant itself.  I agree to take full responsibility for and agree to release The WIN Foundation, its Directors, staff, agents and sponsors from all liability to entrant for any losses, damages, claims or debts incurred by or made by entrant in connection with this pageant.

  


#7: I AGREE

(FUNDRAISING/ REFUNDS) This agreement outlines the fundraising guidelines currently approved by the W.I.N. Board of Directors and the refund policy.

7-A: I understand that as this is fundraiser for the W.I.N. Foundation, the Mrs. Globe organization will provide me with approved fundraisers. I understand these said fundraisers are my responsibility to implement and are designed to help cover participation fees, and other pageant related expenses. I understand that any funds not raised via the organized fundraisers will be mine to secure.

7-B: I understand that that any up front funds I donate, or additional funds for the pageant can be covered by these fundraisers. I understand that this will be explained to me in both my orientation as well as in my official handbook.

7-C: I understand that if I have a separate fundraiser idea, prior to implementation, it must be approved via the Fundraising Request center. I understand if I run a fundraiser without approval, that this could cause my title to be revoked. 

7-D: I understand and agree that as this is a fundraiser based event, all fees to the pageant are non-refundable or transferable regardless of whether or not I end up participating.



#8: I AGREE

(BECOMING A SPOKESWOMAN) This agreement outlines the spokeswoman responsibilities.
8-A: I understand that if selected as a state or regional title holder, I will become a spokeswoman for the WIN Foundation.

8-B: I understand that the W.I.N. Foundation will provide me with full information package that will equip me to be the state or regional spokesperson for the  Foundation. I agree that for the integrity of the W.I.N. Foundation to follow these guidelines and not deviate

8-C: I understand I will be required to participate in the various W.I.N. events, including The National Fundraising Event or a Raise Your Standards events.

8-D: I understand that my position is that of a spokeswoman and unless I am professionally licensed or certified, I will act only in the interest of education and empowerment.

8-E: I understand that as a WIN spokesperson, due the nature of the outreach, personal testimonies, if applicable, can only be delivered under the guidelines of the WIN official presentation.



#9: I AGREE

(REIGN GUIDELINES)
This agreement outlines the general guidelines during your reign.

9-A: I understand that once I assume the title within the Mrs. Globe organization, I cannot compete in any other pageants until my reign with the Mrs. Globe organization is complete, which is no sooner than September 1, 2009. I understand that I am only able to participate in other pageants if I no longer hold the Globe state, national or international title.  I understand that if I do compete in other systems, my crown and all rights and prizes will be revoked.  I understand that if I win a smile, this clause will be amended according to the smile agreement.

9-B: I understand that though my title has an official start and stop date, as outlined by the national office, the organization will permit me to continue to make approved appearances as a former title holder, as long as I am in good standing with the organization.

9-C: For protection purposes, I agree to never give out my personal information when making a professional appearance and will refer all appearances and bookings through the national office.

9-D: I understand that at no time can I bring negative attention to the Mrs. Globe title.  I understand that if I do, the organization has the right to immediately revoke the use of the title with no recourse.  I understand I do not have the right to use the title which has been revoked, that no claim can be made and that the organization has the right to appoint my runner up. I understand that any situations causing concern will first try to find a positive resolve.

9-E: I understand that must meet all of the official deadlines. I understand that this includes paperwork and document deadlines, rehearsals and scheduled events. I understand that if I do not respect these pre-disclosed dates and deadlines, this information is passed to the judges. I understand that a pattern of missed deadlines will put my title in jeopardy .

9-F: I agree and understand that neither the Ms. U.S. of A. Globe, Mrs. Globe, Tracy Kemble Productions, The Kemble Agency Model and Talent, WIN, its agents, sponsors or volunteers will be responsible for any lost, misplaced, or otherwise claimed missing property during any pre-competition or competition. I understand and agree that the pageant is not responsible for any accident or injury incurred during preparation of, in travel to and from, or at the pageant itself. 

#10: I AGREE

(PHOTO RELEASE) This agreement outlines the photo release clause

10-A: I authorize the use of my photograph, name, performance, voice, television and video image for any advertising or promotional use in relation to the Ms. US Globe pageant, The Kemble Agency, the WIN Foundation. I hereby agree that all audio, video and photographic recordings or images made of my likeness, name performance and voice during the event shall the property of the above named organizations, exclusively and may be published, reproduced, exhibited, broadcast, televised, copyrighted, assigned and used in any positive manner whatsoever (including advertising and promotional) without further consent from or payment to the undersigned who hereby forever releases and discharges the above named organizations, its employees, licensees, agents, successors and assigns from any claim, actions, damages whatsoever by reason of any such use.


#11:I AGREE

(JUDGING) This agreement outlines the judging criteria.

11-A: I understand that I am entering into a beauty competition, and the areas of competition will at minimum include personality, fitness, beauty, spokesperson qualities and evening gown competition.

11-B: I understand that as this is a fundraiser for the W.I.N. Foundation, my interest and passion in the foundation, the S.M.I.L.E. Program and the pageant are all aspects of consideration. 

11-C: I understand that fundraising donations are not a determining factor in the selection of Ms. U.S. Globe.

11-D: I understand that I must be in swimsuit shape, as deemed by the national office and that if I am not prepared for swimsuit competition, as showcased in my mandatory, June 15 swimsuit photo, I understand that pageant has the right not to showcase me during the non-judging swimsuit portion of the pageant

11-E: I understand the voting system will be fully explained to me at the pageant by the national committee.  Knowing the impartially of the judges, I understand that all voting is final.  I understand that I have the right to view my scores immediately following the national event.  A copy of the scores will be provided to me upon written request.

11-F: I understand that I will be participating in all preliminary divisions of the entire competition and that all of the judge’s decisions are final.

11-G: I understand that my ability to meet deadlines and remain in communication with the organization are judging considerations.


#12:I AGREE

(ENDORSEMENTS, APPEARANCES, MANAGEMENT, TITLE USE) This agreement outlines the proper use and guidelines of the title.

12-A: I understand the Globe title is property of the W.I.N. Foundation and it is the key fundraising tool for the foundation. Therefore, I understand that I am not permitted to use the title for professional endorsement with any company without the written permission of the Mrs. Globe organization. I agree that if a company is interested in using my name, likeliness and title, that all contracts and negotiations will take place through the attorney of the Mrs. Globe organization. I understand that if I deviate from this, I will be financially responsible for any damages.

12-B: I understand that it is my responsibility to inform the national office of any contractual commitments or pending commitments that I currently have that may cause a conflict of interest with the organization or its sponsors.  I understand that if I do not disclose this information prior to Mrs. U.S. Globe and these contracts cause a conflict of interest with The Kemble Agency or the sponsoring event, it may jeopardize my title.

12-C: I understand that all appearances for friends, family, press, charity, community, promotion or pay, must be submitted for approval the on line Appearance Request Form. I understand that during my appearances, I represent by both the Mrs. Globe organization as well as the Women In Need Foundation.

12-D: I understand that during my year it is both my responsibility as well as my director’s responsibility to promote my title throughout the state. 

12-E: I understand that during my reign and up to three years following my reign, for modeling, commercials or acting, I am under the management of The Kemble Agency, a licensed agency in California and governed by the laws outlined in an agency / artist agreement. I understand that for no limited time, if the title I represent or represented is requested for use, I must have all permission granted from The Kemble Agency.  

12-F: I understand then if opening either an email or website, I must use the year of my reign in my title, and any artwork used on the site must be the official Mrs. Globe approved artwork.




#13:I AGREE

(THE S.M.I.L.E. PROGRAM) This agreement outlines the S.M.I.L.E. Program

13-A: I understand that as a part of the Mrs. Globe pageant, I have the right to apply for a $15,000 BURBANK smile make-over, and that all information and responsibilities regarding this program will be fully explained to me upon selection as a state delegate. I understand that this gift is not a requirement of participation, nor a guarantee that I will receive a smile make-over. I understand that receiving a smile is not a determining factor on winning.

13-B: I understand that if given a smile make-over a separate contract outlining my no-compete regulations will be provided and will override this clause.   

 

#14:I AGREE

(RE-COMPETING) This agreement outlines the guidelines for re competing.

14-A: I understand that I can compete more than one time at the national Ms. U.S. of A. Globe contest.  I understand that if I am currently a repeat contestant I must re-apply for the chance to participate. I understand that due to the high request for repeat slots, the procedure is as follows: If selected for a smile that is not yet complete, the title that you are passing will be continued for the following season. If a recipient of a completed smile, or an alumni of a state title, you can only apply for a regional title. In the event that the state title is not selected 6 months prior to the pageant, the state title will then become available for alumni. I understand that I can only compete 2 years in a row and then must take a break of 1 season and then return. Note: the recipients of the Virtual Voting is exempt from this.





#15:I AGREE

(WINNING MS. U.S.)
15: I agree that should I win a state or regional title, I will participate in the national Ms.  U.S. of A. Globe ™ pageant next July and understand that if I should win Mrs. U.S.of A., I will represent the USA at the international Mrs. Globe telecast at the scheduled location as stated by the national organization.  If I am elected Mrs. US Globe, during the year of my reign, I will abide by the rules and conditions set out in this contract. I understand that if I win Ms. U.S. Globe, a new contract, exclusive to my new title as well as participation at the Mrs. Globe pageant will be presented to me upon winning the national title.  I understand that until that contract is signed, this contract will be considered valid.  I understand that the new contract must be agreed to in full in order for me to accept the title of Ms. U.S. Globe. 



#16:I AGREE

(ACCEPTANCE OF THE TITLE)

16-A: I agree that if selected, I am required to go through a full orientation prior to the beginning of my Globe / W.I.N.  experience and that this orientation will take place no more than 10 days from the acceptance of my title.

16-B: I certify that I have full knowledge of the advantages and obligations mentioned in the entry from.  I agree to accept and respect them in its entirety.  I declare that prior to signing, if I have questions, I first had them addressed by the national office.   I fully agree with its contents.
