  • AIRPORT / ARRIVAL INFORMATION:  You will arrive into Palm Springs International Airport. The code is (PSP). One of the Mrs. Globe staff will be there to pick you up.

  • AD PAGE INFORMATION:  Each delegate will be provided a personal country page to list your sponsors.  If you would like to have an additional advertising page, please reserve your space. The additional pages are $300 each.  Once you reserve a page, we will forward you the design and payment information.

  • APPEARANCES: The Mrs. Globe title belongs to the WIN Foundation therefore all appearances must be approved.
    • To book your appearances: Go on line to the Appearance Request Forms under "Contestant Services.
    • Photo submission: submit photos to tracyk@mrsglobe.com. We will post a monthly appearance collection once a month on the forum. Please submit them to us directly, as we submit these also for Globe Awards. You can load directly onto the forum If you know how. See Forum Guidelines for details.
  • CONTESTANT FORMS: Forms to be submitted to the international office by August 1, 2008. To find there forms, click HERE

  • EMAIL LOGO: If you would like a customized logo for your letterhead (it will be in English) please request one HERE. It will be sent to your inbox.
  • FORUM: Our forum is the Official Form for Mrs. Globe. Sponsors, supporters, on-lookers, contestants, alumni and strangers are viewing us on a daily basis. Please understand, this is not a personal blog and all posts must be Mrs. Globe or WIN related. In addition, we will not allow for no-name cyber bullies to post. You can post your personal opinion, as long as it is done with your name and respect. Any posts that are not Globe or WIN related will be pulled at the discretion of the Board of Directors of staff.   • GLOBE AWARDS : The Globe Awards are the “Academy Awards” for the Mrs. Globe pageant.  The Globe Awards is an opportunity to recognize the many outstanding delegates within the Ms. U.S. Globe Organization. This is not a competition.  This is an authentic awards presentation.  The Globe Awards will be an evening of glamour, excitement and celebration of achievement. Finalist will be announced at the international cultural night. Winners will be announced at the Globe Awards.
    • Submissions: Biography and appearance forms are used as submissions for your Globe Awards. In addition, you will be required to fill out the forms on line

    HOTEL: The hotel is The Westin Mission Hills Resort. You will need a credit card at check-in. The pageant is providing a hotel room with a roommate, as well as all listed meals.  If you stay with your family, you must make a separate reservation and pay the room on your own.

  • INCIDENTAL EXPENSES: Please bring around $200 to cover your incidental expenses for your stay. Our event is not responsible for incidental expenses incurred by the delegates such as long distance phone calls, valet service, room service, no host bar charges, laundry service, etc.  These must be paid for by each delegate.  Your in room phone can only be turned on with a credit card hold or a cash deposit.  There are pay phones in the lobby.  We recommend using your personal cell phone. 

  • INTERNATIONAL GIFT / CROWN EXCHANGE: At the Mrs. Globe and Ms. U.S. Globe, we have an evening called "International Cultural Night" were the U.S. delegates and the Globe delegates exchange a commemorative gift. We request that you join us and bring one gift from your country to a U.S. lady. In exchange, an delegate will also be bringing you a gift from their country to present to you.

  • PAYMENT OF LICENSE FEE: Due at check in at the pageant.

  • SILENT AUCTION : Every year at Mrs. GLOBE E we host a silent auction.  If you would like to participate, the values must start at $50 - $100.    Our theme this year is "Treasures" so think creatively! We appreciate your support.
  • SMILE PROGRAM: Every year at Mrs. Globe, we have a program where 25 - 30 delegates (both U.S. and international) can win a $15,000 cosmetic smile make-over. If you are interesting in being considered for this prize, please contract Monica Ulrich, and inform her. You will need to submit a photo of your current smile.

  • TICKETS: See The Global Boutique Store. Tickets will go on sale one month prior to our event

  • WIN Foundation: During the pageant you will receive all of your information about the WIN Foundation, the charity for women that we support. It is important as a delegate that you understand this charity. For more on the WIN Foundation, please visit the website at www.WomenInNeed.org Also if you win Mrs. Globe, you will be the international spokeswoman for the charity.


  • VIRTUAL VOTING The winner of Virtual Voting is the Choice of the People. If you win, you will recieve the following:

    1)    An automatic slot into the finals. If the winner is not voted into the finals by the judges, then there will be 6 finalists. If the Virtual Voting winner is voted in by the judges then there will only be 5 finalists.

    2) The overall winner will be named Mrs. WIN International and she will recieve full support of the WIN Foundation to begin WIN work within her country.

CONTESTANT QUESTION CORNER:

  • My husband would like to join me, so I will probably book a separate room.
    I would like to know if he can also join me for the events organised during the week.
    Of course I would expect to pay extra for this!
    If you stay with another delegate, we pay for your room. You can stay with your husband the entire time, the room however would be on your own. The room rates are $109 ++. That is our special discount rate. If you want to book your room, I recommend doing it sooner rather than later, as they fill up quickly. If you want me to do this for you, what I need is the following: Name of your husband. Arrival night. Departure night. Credit card number with expiration. Of course, it will not be charged until after you check out.

  • I would like to know if my husband can also join me for the events organised during the week. Of course I would expect to pay extra for this!
    Family can attend all of our events. As we serve food, there is a ticket fee. All international delegates can purchase their family tickets at the event, or you can do it on line in advance.

  • I am interested in a smile make-over. Who do I contact?
    Monica Ulrich, who is the Vice President of our company, handles this. Her email is smile@fea.net.
  • I am so enthusiastic about you Mrs. Globe pageant, and I would like to become the director and organise the next election for next year. How do we do this?
    If it is available for your country, after the pageant, we can speak about the directorship.
