Thank you for your interest in hosting a fundraiser for the WIN Foundation. WIN is a
non-profit, 501-C3 Foundation that specializes in abuse and self-esteem recovery. Since 1996 we have been providing counseling, restoration and healing for women and children faced with abuse.

As WIN is a non-profit, we greatly appreciate fund raisers for support. Please provide us with the information below so that we can submit the program for approval.

I understand that I am not permitted to proceed forward with any fund raisers until official approval from the national office has been granted.

I understand that I must submit all artwork for approval prior to distribution.

I understand that a WIN representative will contact me regarding approval and any needed paperwork for the fundraiser.

I understand that when it comes to recognitions, WIN hosts an annual recognition ceremony in July. At that time, we recognize our contributing sponsors based on their contribution. In respect of levels of contribution, we have a pre-set recognition plan).

I understand that artwork requests can be made following approval of appearance.

I understand that if this is an alumni event, it must meet the guidelines of the Alumni organization. We are currently accepting alumni events for (April 2007 and beyond).
