MRS. CURVE' RULES & REGULATIONS

CURRENT TITLE (eg: Mrs. U.S of A Globe)

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:*

AGE: To participate, I must be a minimum of 26 years of age, married, divorced, separated or single.

SIZE: I understand that "Curve'" is for women size 10 to size 20.

GENDER: I understand I must be a naturally born female.

AFFILIATIONS: I understand that I must disclose to the organizaiton if I am a title holder or director for any other system.

EXPECTED FEES:*

ENTRY FEE: I understand that to particiate there is a fee established by the Internaional Mrs. Globe® Organization. I understand this fee covers my hotel accomdations during the official dates (with a room mate), my daily meals, nightly activities, plus the official crown and banner and more. See you Director for details.

DEPOSIT: I understand a deposit as disclosed in my pre-interview, is due at the time of registration.

PAYMENTS: I understand that a monthly payment schedule is available to me. I understand this if I choose this payment method it operates as follows: 1: After the initial deposit is made, I will receive on the first of every month an invoice based on a prorated balance due. I understand this amount will be identified during my onboarding process. I understand that payment for the monthly installment program is due and payable by the 10 of every month. I understand that the full entry must be paid 60 days prior to the start of the event. I understand it the payment is defaulted and no communication or other arrangements are made, the organization will see this as "Abandonment of the Title" and reserve the right to cancel particiation.

FUNDRAISING: I understand that my entry fee plus other expenses can be collected via sponsorship or a WIN approved fundraiser.

REFUNDS: I understand that as this event has pre-event deliverables, no refunds ca be issued. I understand that if circumstances arrive 60 days before the event and participation is not possible, a certain percentage of the fees on file can be allocated to any other WIN event within a 12 month period. I understand any cancellations 59 days before the event are non-refundable.

I agree to pay my personal expenses for the pageant, including airfare, wardrobe and hotel personal charges.

GENERAL AGREEMENTS*

SCHEDULE: I agree to all deadlines and the schedule of events provided by the pageant.

TRADEMARK USAGE: I understand that once selected as a delegate, as the MRS. CURVE' name is a registered trademark of the WIN Foundation, the organization requires all promotion and partnership of the brand to be pre-approved by the Mrs. Globe organization. I understand this system will be fully explained and violation of this clause can result in dismissal of the title, with legal prejudice.

COMPETITION READY: I understand I must be competition ready as deemed by the Mrs. Globe® organization.

COSTUME: The design for the costumes must be submitted 6 weeks prior to the pageant. The costume must be with the delegate on the first day of the pageant. The costume must not extend more than 6 inches around the body and be of reasonable handling for delegate and stage.

PHOTO RELEASE: I understand in joining this event I give permission to Mrs. Globe® to use my name, likeliness and title to use for promotion. All images become personal property of the Mrs. Globe® organization.

BEHAVIOR: I understand that as I am accepting a position as a brand manager, personal and professional conduct must be in line with the Mrs. Globe® standards.

FAIR COMPETITION: I understand and agree that as this is a fair competition and my scores will be made available to me for 5 days following the event, I agree I am in stable mental capacity and will accept the fair outcome.

HEALTH AND MENTAL CAPACITY: I understand that this event is a vigorous schedule. I therefore confirm that I am in stable mental and physical capacity.

HOLD HARMLESS: I understand the Mrs. Globe® organization is not responsible for accident or injury to me during the event, for cancellation(s) or changes to the event beyond control or any fees incurred due to changes that may occur.

WINNING: I understand should I win the national title at the competition or the Mrs. Curve' Globe world title, I will receive a separate contract with my responsibilities.

CANCELLATION:*

UNABLE TO COMPETE OR COMPLETE MY REIGN: In the event that I win a national or world title and I am unable to meet my obligations, I will be required to pass my title to my 1st runner-up. I understand that the option to keep or forward my crown will be based on the circumstances of cancellation. I understand if in good terms, I will have the opportunity to return at a later date under a different title and conditions.

I understand any breach in the above can result in cancellation of participation of the pageant.
