MRS. CURVE' RULES & REGULATIONS

CURRENT TITLE (eg: Mrs. U.S of A Globe)

I UNDERSTAND:*

AGE: I must be 24 years of age or over (married, divorced or separated)

AGE: I must be over 28 years of age or over if single.

I UNDERSTAND:*

SIZE: Curve' is for women size 12 to size 18

I must be a naturally born female.

I UNDERSTAND:*

I may not be a Director with any other Ms. or Mrs. pageant systems.

If I am selected as a delegate, at no time during my reign am I permitted to post or promote a business or fundraiser without prior written consent of the Mrs. Globe organization.

If I am selected as a delegate, I am not permitted to use the title for professional endorsement or personal promotion without approval from the Mrs. Globe® organization.

FEES: *

ENTRY FEE: I understand that my participation includes a fee that covers hotel (with roommate) during the designated dates, daily meals, events, plus the official crown & banner and more.

I understand a deposit is due at the time of registration. Following the deposit, a monthly installment program of the balance will be due and payable per the installment invoice sent at the beginning of each month. I understand these entry fees may be collected via sponsorship or fundraising efforts. Any missed installments may result in cancellation of the title.

I understand that in the event I cannot compete, the entry fee and the deposit are non-refundable.

PERSONAL EXPENSES:*

I agree to pay any personal expenses for the pageant, including airfare, wardrobe and hotel personal charges.

SCHEDULE:*

I agree to all deadlines and the schedule of events provided by the pageant.

I understand that in the event I win a national title, I am required to make two appearances per month on behalf of Mrs. Globe® and/or the WIN Foundation. All appearances must be approved by the Mrs. Globe® organization via the Appearance Request Form.

I understand that as a titleholder, I am required to host one organized fundraising event benefitting the WIN Foundation. I agree to utilize all fundraising event options available through the Mrs. Globe® organization's list of approved events. All fundraisers must be pre-approved by the Mrs. Globe® organization via the Fundraising Request Form.

HOLD HARMLESS:*

I understand the Mrs. Globe® organization is not responsible for accident or injury to me during the event, for cancellation(s) or changes to the event beyond control or any fees incurred due to changes that may occur.

COMPETITION READY:*

I understand I must be competition ready as deemed by the Mrs. Globe® organization.

PHOTO RELEASE*

I understand in joining this event I give permission to Mrs. Globe® to use my name, likeliness and title to use for promotion. All images become personal property of the Mrs. Globe® organization.

PROFESSIONAL USE OF TITLE:*

I understand my title belongs to the Mrs. Globe® organization. Any professional endorsements or contracts must be pre-approved.

Any professional endorsements, contracts, printed use for personal or manufacturer purposes must be pre-approved in writing.

BEHAVIOUR:*

I understand personal and professional conduct must be in line with the Mrs. Globe® standards.

As this is a fair competition, I agree I am in stable mental capacity and will accept the fair outcome.

I understand should I win the Globe world title, I will not compete in other pageants for the duration of my pageant career.

CANCELLATION:*

In the event that I win a national title and I am unable to meet my obligations and therefore cannot compete in the international Mrs. Classique Globe competition, I will return my crown and banner immediately to Mrs. Globe headquarters at my expense and in the condition that it was received at the time of crowning.

I understand any breach in the above can result in cancellation of participation of the pageant.
