Mrs. Globe® and the W.I.N. Foundation are committed to creating an environment in which every woman is treated with dignity, respect, kindness, and professionalism.
Our organizations were founded on the principles of uplifting, empowering, and supporting women from all walks of life, cultures, countries, and backgrounds. Our pageants are intended to be a safe and welcoming space where delegates can come together in celebration of women, leadership, personal growth, and sisterhood.
To protect that environment, all delegates participating in the Mrs. Eurasia Globe® Pageant are required to acknowledge and agree to the following standards of conduct.
POLITICAL NEUTRALITY
Mrs. Globe®, the W.I.N. Foundation, and their staff, representatives, and pageant events maintain a position of political neutrality.
The Mrs. Eurasia Globe® Pageant is not a forum for political debate, protest, advocacy, confrontation, or disputes between nations, territories, governments, cultures, or individuals.
Delegates agree to refrain from using the pageant, its events, activities, communications, social media channels, or interactions with other delegates as a platform to promote, challenge, provoke, or confront others regarding political issues or political beliefs.
A delegate's participation in the pageant, including the country, region, territory, title, flag, sash, or other designation under which she participates, shall not be interpreted as a political statement, endorsement, or position by Mrs. Globe® the W.I.N. Foundation, the Mrs. Eurasia Globe® Pageant, or any of their representatives.
ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICY
Mrs. Globe® and the W.I.N. Foundation maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding harassment, intimidation, bullying, discrimination, threats, deliberate provocation, hostile confrontation, or other behavior that disrupts the safety, dignity, or experience of another delegate.
This standard applies to conduct occurring before, during, and in connection with the pageant, including in-person interactions, group communications, messaging platforms, and pageant-related social media activity.
Every delegate is expected to conduct herself with respect and professionalism, regardless of personal, cultural, national, religious, social, or political differences.
DELEGATE RESPONSIBILITY
Treat fellow delegates, staff, directors, sponsors, volunteers, and guests with dignity and respect.
Refrain from political arguments, confrontations, harassment, intimidation, or deliberate provocation.
Respect the backgrounds, identities, cultures, nationalities, and experiences of other delegates.
Bring concerns directly and privately to an authorized Mrs. Globe®/Mrs. Eurasia Globe® representative rather than confronting another delegate.
Follow all rules, policies, instructions, and standards of conduct established by the organization.
Help maintain an atmosphere of safety, acceptance, professionalism, empowerment, and sisterhood throughout the event.
VIOLATIONS
Any conduct determined by pageant leadership to constitute harassment, intimidation, deliberate provocation, threatening behavior, or a serious violation of these standards may result in immediate removal from an event and/or dismissal from the pageant, subject to the organization's applicable rules and procedures.
The purpose of this policy is not to restrict a delegate's personal beliefs. Rather, it is to ensure that political disagreements or other outside conflicts do not interfere with the safety, dignity, and experience of the women participating in the Mrs. Eurasia Globe® Pageant.
