The Women in Need Foundation (The W.I.N. Foundation) is a 501C3 non profit organization,  founded by Dr. Tracy Kemble (Ph.D.) in 1996.  WIN specializes in programs of recovery and empowerment for women faced with abuse trauma.  
 

Our cornerstone recovery program called Reclaiming Me, has been offering  weekly recovery workshops for 30 years.  Over 25,000 women have graduated though our program.

 

​Originally specializing in abuse recovery, WIN's outrach has expanded and now offers programs of emotional empowerment for women around the world.
